Pre-construction and Estimation services are provided by All Pro Glass. Many important decisions are made during the initial design phases of a project; our goal is to provide real-time pricing options so that our Designer and General Contractor Partners may make vital budget and schedule decisions that are consistent with the overall project limitations. We concentrate on the building’s outside fenestration, whether it’s glass, metal panels, or rain-screen systems. Based on each individual project we engage in, our team of expert estimators will work closely with your team to present solutions relating to items, deadlines, and constructability.

All Pro Glass is frequently involved in projects at an early stage, from Conceptual Drawings through early Schematic Drawings. We are highly comfortable working with Designers and General Contractors prior to the completion of the documents in order to conduct a successful best value analysis.

All Pro Glass cuts, fabricates, and assembles a range of aluminum framing systems for our projects using top-of-the-line automated equipment. Construction with screw spline and shear blocks, mitered corners, and notched cuts is not a problem. We use automated horizontal routers and panel rolling equipment to cut and produce our ACM panels for both flat and rounded column cover panels.

Our team of Project Managers and Superintendents coordinates with all members of the team on a site level to ensure that our projects go well. In order to maintain open lines of communication, our field services team uses digital communication tools as specified by our various General Contractor Partners and participates in daily and weekly planning meetings.
